Mark Ruffalo’s Brother Fighting for Life

The police have still not determined the cause of the shooting.
Scott Ruffalo, brother of 13 Going On Thirty star Mark Ruffalo, is in serious condition in a Los Angeles hospital after being shot in the head early Monday morning, reported the Los Angeles Times. According to the police, the shooting took place around 1:40 in the morning at Ruffalo’s home on North Palm Drive in a condominium tower called the Dorchester. UGO reported that sources are saying the shooting was done “execution-stlye” in the back of the head. Lt. Tony Lee, a Beverly Hills police spokesman, did not release any details, but did say there was “suspicious activity” involved.
“If there was a shooting, our detectives would investigate whether it was homicidal, accidental, or suicidal,” he said. “We haven’t pinpointed anything yet.”
Scott Ruffalo, a hairstylist, lives with wife Luzelena Ruffalo and her daughter, Lucinda. A publicist for Mark Ruffalo said this morning that Scott Ruffalo is fighting for his life.
