Something's Rotten in the State of Denmark: Roulette Blamed in Ruffalo Case

In another bizarre turn, the suspect in the shooting of Scott Ruffalo claims that he shot himself.

As Shakespeare writes in Hamlet, something is rotten in the state of Denmark. And by Denmark, we mean L.A. In yet another bizarre turn in the case of who shot Scott Ruffalo, the primary suspect's lawyer is alleging that Ruffalo shot himself . . . while playing a game of Russian Roulette.

According to reports coming out now, Shaha Mishaal Adham and her lawyer are telling the Beverly Hills police that it was Ruffalo who shot himself. The case is being drawn as this: Adham allegedly let Ruffalo borrow her car. While coming to retrieve it, Ruffalo, for some reason, started to play Russian Roulette, and ended up shooting himself . . . in the back of the head.

This does not exactly jive with the original reports on the crime scene. According to the preliminary information the Beverly Hills Police Department had, Ruffalo was found outside of his apartment on the ground, when paramedics were called by an unknown person, to attend to him. They found him outside with a gunshot wound in the back of the head.

If Adham's story is entirely accurate, then Ruffalo either was playing Russian Roulette in his home and somehow ended up outside with a gunshot wound, or Ruffalo was playing the deadly game outside of his condominium. It is unclear why Adham fled if she was as innocent as stated.

The game of Russian Roulette is all about knowing when to bluff, when to read a bluff, and when to know not to go any further. In a game of life and death, the players have to know what they are up against. Is Adham showing her cards, or bluffing? No one knows for sure.
