Tom Cruise: Go All Out on That Wedding!

Tom Cruise: defender of the wedding. While on a gabfest, the iconic hunk and husband of actress Katie Holmes, gave some pearls of wisdom to Spencer Pratt, one of the stars of The Hills and new husband of Hills costar Heidi Montag.

Yes, THE Tom Cruise graced the set of The Hills After Show, and we're still not entirely sure how they got the megawatt star to guest. Perhaps he's just a fan of the show, or Katie Holmes is?

Cruise said that, in general, if a girl wants a big wedding, the guy's "got to" give her the wedding. Specifically aimed as advice to Pratt, Cruise noted that if a woman wants a large and memorable wedding, it's best to give one, as she will always save the memory. Cruise also specifically set out this advice to Pratt: "Dude - you'll realize this later."

Here's hoping that the Pratt-Montag marriage will be a happy union, as the Cruise-Holmes union very much appears to be. The first step might be making sure it's a legal union, though.
