The Princess Bride actor Peter Falk is suffering from Alzheimer's disease.
According to Peter Falk's daughter, Catherine, the 81-year-old Hollywood legend is suffering from Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
According to the paperwork filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court, Catherine Falk is claiming that her father "requires full-time custodial care for his health and safety."
Furthermore, Catherine is concerned that her father "can easily be deceived into transferring away property," and is seeking to establish a conservatorship to protect his assets.
A hearing has been scheduled for later next month.
Falk is known for his tenure as a detective on Columbo and has starred in many movies, including The Princess Bride and The Great Race.
