One Album Isn't Enough for Scarlett Johansson
Scarlett Johansson looks forward to returning to the studio to record her second album. The actress released her debut album in May, titled Anywhere I Lay My Head.
"I would love to do another album," said Johansson.
Her debut album contained ten Tom Waits covers and one original song, "Song for Jo," which received mixed reviews when it was released.
For her next album, Johansson notes she would like to create original material.
"I don't think I'd do covers, so it'd be a project that I have to dedicate myself to. I feel like that's something for the future," said Johansson.
While she may not be covering another musician, she would like to sing songs by poet Leonard Cohen.
Besides music, Johansson has kept busy on and off the stage. She is currently in Norway in preparation of hosting the Nobel Peace Prize Concert.
On the stage, she has starred in Woody Allen's Vicky Cristina Barcelona and will be in The Spirit, set to release Christmas day.
