According to reports, Michael Jackson is not in dire need of a lung transplant.
After last week's news of singing sensation Michael Jackson's dire health issues, his camp is now refuting the rumors, assuring the public that Jackson is, in fact, doing just fine.
After reports surfaced that Jackson was suffering from a number of serious conditions, including a genetic disorder that called for a new lung, representatives of Jackson's called the entire story a lie.
Here's hoping that MJ really is doing A-OK!
