Cowell is building a $14.5 million home in the Caribbean.
American Idol judge Simon Cowell is building a $14.5 million estate in Barbados, reports Radar Online. The 10-acre house will have six bedrooms with mirrored walls, a swimming pool, an indoor movie theater, and a helipad.
“No expense will be spared,” an insider told Digital Spy. “It will have installed all the latest gizmos and boys toys. Cowell has been very specific when it comes to what he wants and insisted on the mirror panels in the bedroom. He thinks they will be hilarious and can’t wait to show them off.” The insider added, “Simon will be personally overseeing the whole building process.”
Cowell already owns a $5 million house on the island, and, according to the source, he cannot decide if he wants to keep both, or sell one.
“He’s so rich he might keep both of them. It’s a luxury he can afford.”
