Did Daniel Giersch Not Follow Through with Kelly Rutherford?

Did Daniel not follow through on something?

Because according to Daniel Giersch's Web site, he's good at "following through." The soon-to-be ex-husband of actress Kelly Rutherford has kept mum (pun intended) so far on his impending divorce from Rutherford . . . or perhaps he just wasn't expecting it.

Giersch is a German businessman, in charge of Giersch Ventures, and the soon-to-be ex-husband of Kelly Rutherford. According to TMZ, Rutherford filed divorce papers in L.A. last week.

Giersch Ventures's Web site describes Giersch's vision as one in which all avenues of communication are "simpler and more efficient. . . . Daniel Giersch believes strongly that all we have is our word. That's what gives us integrity and doing what we say we are going to do and following through is what builds trust."

Did Giersch breach that trust? Or are Rutherford's hormones just making her think so? Oh, and by the way -- Rutherford is pregnant. Rutherford and Giersch have one young son together, 2-year-old Hermes.
