Boris Becker and Sharlely “Lilly” Kerssenberg Back Together

Boris Becker rekindles relationship with Lilly Kerssenberg.
Boris Becker has confirmed that he and his former girlfriend, Dutch model Sharlely “Lilly” Kerssenberg, are back together.
While on a skiing vacation in St. Moritz, Switzerland with his sons Noah, 14, and Elias, 9, Becker said, “Nice things in life are always happening again. We are happy together again,” while speaking to Swiss weekly Schweizer Illustrierte reporters.
In Nov. 2008, Becker and Kerssenberg were spotted in a London hotel the day before he announced the termination of his engagement to Alessandra Meyer-Wolden.
Meyer-Wolden is a jewelry designer and the daughter of Becker’s former manager, Axel. She found out about the ending of her engagement from the media.
Becker ended his relationship with Kerssenberg on Nov. 21, 2007, one day before his 40th birthday. He reportedly broke up with her via text messaging.
“The way he did that hurt a lot and was anything but cool [but] I can't hate him – because I just love him too much. He was the perfect boyfriend for me – a true gentleman. I adore him,” said Kerssenberg to the German weekly Bunte magazine.
As per his former fiancée, Meyer-Wolden said to the Bild am Sonntag magazine, “I've closed the book on that chapter. . . . That doesn't interest me anymore.”
