Sasha and Malia Obama start their first day of school at the nation's capital.

Sasha and Malia Obama started a new school like many other children across the United States . . . except they have their own Secret Service men.
The girls, ages 7 and 10, began a new chapter of their lives in Washington, D.C., attending separate campuses at the Sidwell Friends School.
Sidwell is the same Quaker academy which former first daughter Chelsea Clinton attended during the Clinton Administration.
Currently, tuition fees at Sidwell are $28,442 for Sasha's elementary school and $29,442 for Malia's middle school education.
