Patricia Arquette Files for Divorce

Actress married for two years.
Patricia Arquette and her actor husband, Thomas Jane, are getting divorced, People reports.
Arquette, 40, filed papers in Los Angeles on Monday. She is asking for sole legal and physical custody of their daughter, Harlow, 5. She is seeking visitation for Jane, 39.
The couple met through friends in 2001 and were married in May 2006. According to the Superior Court papers, the date of their separation is still “to be determined.”
Arquette is requesting that the court deny Jane spousal support. She is not seeking any.
The actress stars in the NBC drama, Medium. She is the sister of actress Rosanna Arquette and actor David Arquette. She appeared in movies True Romance and Lost Highway.
Arquette also has a 19-year-old son, Enzo, with her ex, musician Paul Rossi.
