Patricia Arquette Files for Divorce

“Medium” star Patricia Arquette has filed for divorce from actor Thomas Jane, best known for his role in 2004’s “The Punisher.”
Patricia Arquette, star of the NBC supernatural hit series, Medium, has filed for divorce from her actor husband, Thomas Jane.
According to People.com, “Arquette, 40, cited irreconcilable differences, and is seeking sole legal and physical custody of their daughter, Harlow, 5, with visitation for Jane, 39.”
The pair wed in May of 2006 and met through friends.
Acccording to Access Holywood’s Web site, “The exact date of their split, however, remains ‘to be determined,’ according to the filing.”
Arquette’s first marriage was to National Treasure star Nicolas Cage, which lasted from 1995 to 2001.
Arquette also has a son, Enzo, 19, with musician Paul Rossi.
Arquette has four siblings, David, who starred in 2000’s Scream, Rosanna, who starred in 2000’s The Whole Nine Yards, Alexis, who starred in 1996’s The Wedding Singer and Richmond, who is currently starring alongside Brad Pitt in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
As for Jane’s credits, he played the title role in the 2004 action movie, The Punisher, and has also appeared in two episodes of Medium. Jane can next be seen in an upcoming HBO series, entitled Hung.
Aside from acting, Jane has had some trouble with the law, he was arrested in March of 2008 on a DUI charge in central California.
