Lohan Sets the Record Straight

Lindsay Lohan has made it officially clear: She did NOT break up with DJ Samantha Ronson.
Using her MySpace blog, the singer posted an entry, entitled “Rumors,” where she states, “little piece of TRUE information ... we did NOT break up!” She goes on to pound the gossip media for creating stories on her life. “‘Access Hollywood,’ ‘Extra,’ ‘ET,’ every tabloid, Page Six ... AND every GOSSIP website. Get your stories straight, please. It's really annoying to have all of your friends e-mailing you saying, ‘I saw,’ ‘I read,’ etc ... NOT TRUE.”
The rumor of the breakup first started after Access Hollywood reported on Monday that the couple had a New Year’s fight that ended their relationship after Lohan moved out of the home the pair had been sharing. The New York Post later reported that the couple had been fighting publicly in front of a club and that their hotel room had a couple of small things broken. The fight went on at the Miami International Airport, according to TMZ.
Still, to make her point clear in her blog, Lohan used one of her songs. She included a link to her 2005 single, “Rumors.”
