Jennifer Garner Gives Birth to a Baby Girl

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have another girl.
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have a new addition to their family: a baby girl, reported the Los Angeles Times. The baby was born Tuesday in Los Angeles at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Garner’s rep issued the announcement in a short statement, saying, “Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck gave birth to a healthy baby girl.”
This is the second daughter for Garner and Affleck. Their first child, Violet, was born in December 2005. They were married in June 2005 after meeting on the set of Daredevil.
“She’s wonderful. She’s probably the best mother I’ve ever witnessed,” Victor Garber, Garner’s former Alias costar, said in People magazine.
Although no details have been released, Us Weekly reported that Garner was seen smiling as she was brought into her hospital room covered with a blanket. A few minutes later, the hospital staff brought in a heart monitor to check on the baby.
