Spears Trying to Steal Hilton’s Ex?

Britney might be trying to move in on Paris’s territory.
According to several reports, it appears that “Womanizer” hit-maker Britney Spears is dating Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden.
However, Spears’s publicist has denied these reports which claim that the two stars grew close after they were introduced to each other by her manager, Larry Rudolph. “They've been on a few dates. She appears to like Benji a lot, and he seems to really like her,” an unknown source told In Touch Weekly magazine.
However Spears’s publicist, Holly Shakoor, has completely denied the reports that Madden and Spears shared dinner at a Los Angeles hotel and they are dating. Shakoor also denies the claims that Spears’s manager was attempting to create a line of potential suitors for the starlet to include: Jesse Metcalfe, Michael Phelps and Chace Crawford. “The claims made by In Touch are completely false. There is not an ounce of truth to any of it,” she tells E! News.
Could it be that Madden is more interested in reuniting with his 9-month flame, Paris Hilton?
