John Travolta Not Attending Golden Globes

John Travolta and his wife, Kelly Preston, will not be in attendance at the Golden Globes.

A rep for Travolta, confirmed to E! that the Travolas won't be attending the Golden Globes tonight.

After the recent death of Jett Travolta on Jan. 2, John Travolta and his wife, Kelly Preston, will be sitting out this year's Golden Globe Awards ceremony.

According to E! Online, John Travolta was originally confirmed to attend the ceremony for support of the animated film, Bolt. The film was nominated for two Golden Globes, Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song for "I Thought I Lost You."

Jett Travolta was the oldest of two, he was 16 years old. John Travolta has an 8-year-old daughter, Ella. It was reported that Jett died of a seizure while in the Bahamas. A memorial service was held for Jett on Thursday, Jan. 8 in Ocala, Fla.
