Edie Falco Might Return to "30 Rock"

Edie Falco scored a lot of laughs when she guested on NBC's critical darling, 30 Rock. She would like to come back once her schedule permits.

E! reports that Falco is starring in a new series on Showtime, called Nurse Jackie, and she says that since both shows shoot in NYC, a return to the Rock is possible.

"I can't be on ['30 Rock'] until ['Nurse Jackie'] is done, but I would do it again in a heartbeat," Falco said.

When she was first approached about working with Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin on the show, Falco admits she was terrified.

"I said to my agent and managers, 'That's great. I don't do that kind of show,'" she said.

Falco was persuaded when she was told how much people love the show and how great the people who work on it are. However, she said seeing the way Baldwin and Fey's characters act was weird.

"I was actually very scared," She said, "You watch Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey; it's like they are speaking Swahili. It's like, 'What the hell is this?'"

Baldwin did give her some advice, "Everything you ever taught yourself as an actor not to do because it's bad acting, do it on this show."

Falco said that's because the show is "larger than life" and she "was thrilled with the opportunity."
