Jennifer Hudson to Kick Off Tour in April
Jennifer Hudson's appearance at the Grammys is only may have been a treat for viewers, but it's only the beginning of a comeback.
According to the Chicago Tribune, Hudson, 27, will kick off a new, five-week tour.
The tour was formally announced February 9 on Jennifer Hudson Online. Among the cities Hudson will headline: Baltimore, D.C., New York City, in addition to Chicago, Hudson's hometown.
Singer Robin Thicke has also signed on to the tour, singing at selected tour dates between the tour's opener and the last play date, May 8.
In an article in People Magazine, Hudson gushed about the tour--and her Grammy win--saying that she was "grateful" for her first Grammy win and adding, "It can't get any better than that."
