According to the AP, the Alameda County, California officials made the decision after a video surfaced, contradicting claims that a 17-year-old alleged about Null, 33, and Brandon Danger, 21, a guitar stringer employed by the band.
According to the girl, both Null and Danger forced her to engage in oral sex after a concert last week.
However, according to Null and Abel's defense attorneys, the video clearly shows the girl hit on band members and male concertgoers for sex at a concert in Oakland last week.
