Britney's Ex Takes Another Blow

The hits just keep on coming for Hollywood photographer Adnan Ghalib.

First, there was his breakup with pop superstar Britney Spears. Then there was the restraining order filed against him by Spear's father. And now, he is under investigation for a possible hit-and-run.

According to People.com, a process server has accused Ghalib of trying to run him over in Los Angeles, during an attempt to serve court papers.

The server told police that he "ended up on the hood of the car, then fell off when [Ghalib] drove away."

A warrant has not been issued for Ghalib's arrest, but police say they "need to get his side of the story."

The then-married Ghalib first met Spears in December of 2007, but after their breakup at the end of last year, Spears' father, who was court ordered to take over her business affairs, accused Gahlib and former manager Sam Lutfi of harassing his daughter.
