The Octuplets Mom's PR Steps Down

By Bridget Campos,
The recent mother of eight children, Nadya Suleman, continues to get negative publicity.

According to BBC News, the public relations firm, The Killeen Furtney Group, which represents Suleman, has stepped down after they have been receiving several death threats.

The head of the Los Angeles agency, Joann Killeen, told the Associate Press that she has received more than 100 e-mailed threats, and also some were even left on the agency's voice mail.

Killeen had stated, "We've never had a public reaction to us representing a client pro bono like this, ever."

Suleman, who resides in California, had given birth to eight babies on Jan. 26. But the public's support had quickly ended after finding out that the single mother had six other children. In fact, all of her 14 children were born through in vitro fertilization.

Recently, the 33-year-old has been under public scrutiny for receiving state aid.
