Heroes Couple Calls It Quits

It seems like the age difference has finally caught up with actors Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia. Us Weekly is reporting that the Heroes stars are no longer a couple.

According to the magazine's source, the two split within the last week because of lifestyle differences, but are still friends. The young Panettiere enjoys the Hollywood scene and going out on the town while Ventimiglia is focusing on his work, putting his energy into his production company, Divide Pictures.

Panettiere and Ventimiglia's relationship caught media attention after the two were seen being very affectionate at an Emmy party in September 2007.

The couple, who play uncle (Peter Petrelli) and niece (Claire Bennett) on the NBC series, turned heads because of their 12-year age difference. When they began dating, the two had just had milestone birthdays, she had turned 18 and he was 30.
