According to reports, the star has been spotted rehearsing a variety number at Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on Thursday. According to WENN, Hathaway will be performing with host Hugh Jackman to get the show started.
Furthermore, reports are saying that Hathaway will not be the only star performing with Jackman. Other potential performers include singer Beyonce Knowles and High School Musical and real-life couple Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron linking up to contribute to the show's opening number.
Jackman is set to host this year's Academy Awards, making this his first try in the role. Considering the actor's huge talent and his ability as a mega-threat in all forms of entertainment, expect him to be a success.
Not just known for being an actor, Jackman has also worked on musicals such as Oklahoma and made it to Broadway in the successful run of The Boy from Oz, a musical based on the life of Peter Allen.
