Calif. Judge Extends Restraining Order Against Britney Stalker

A California judge has extended a restraining order against Britney Spears's former manager and ex-boyfriend, the Associated Press has learned.

Judge Aviva K. Bobb extended the order against Samuel Lutfi and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib until Wednesday evening. Lutfi and Ghalib did not appear in court Monday. Neither did Ms. Spears. Spear's father, Jamie, is testifying today in the trial.

Despite winning a tentative court order a year ago, Mr. Spears and his attorneys are seeking a more comprehensive settlement against Lutfi, Ghalib, and attorney Jon Eardley. According to Mr. Spears, the trio has engaged in a long-running campaign of sabotage against Spears following a court-ordered conservatorship of Ms. Spears, granted in 2008.
