Bruce Willis's Attorney: Lawsuit "Without Merit"
Bruce Willis may be in hot water with Hollywood, following a class action lawsuit alleging breach of contract, but his attorney says it's all good--sort of.
According to the AP, Marty Singer described the lawsuit against Willis by three production companies as being "without merit."
Though the studios allege a breach of conduct against Willis for failing to show up for the shooting of Three Stories About Joan, Singer says that the burden of responsibility rests as equally on the studios themselves for failing to live up to their own responsibilities.
According to Singer, the companies failed to deposit money in Willis's escrow account before production started on the film.
As for Willis, Singer indicated he plans to file a suit of his own against the producers of Three Stories About Joan.
