Bachelor's Melissa Rycroft Amazes Judges On "Dancing With The Stars"
Melissa Rycroft had only 48 hours to prepare for her dancing debut on the ABC show, "Dancing with the Stars." Although she only had a short time to practice, she blew the judges away.
"She was radiant. She owned the place," judge Bruno Tonioli told People after the live show. "She embraced the whole feeling of the show."
Jason Mesnick may have broken Rycroft's heart on this season of "The Bachelor." This did not show in her performance last night. The crowd supported her as she took her mark on the dance floor.
Rycroft and partner Tony Dovolani danced the Waltz. The crowd gave the duo a round of applause after their amazing performance. Even though she only agreed to do this season of "Dancing with the Stars" last Friday, she managed to get one of the highest scores from the judges, a 23 out of 30.
One of the judges summed up the night perfectly, "'The Bachelor's' loss is 'Dancing with the Stars's' gain."
