Lohan's Warrant Will Be Cleared Up

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer says he can clear up the warrant for her arrest, which he says was a misunderstanding.

The Beverly Hills Superior Court issued a warrant for Lohan's arrest on Friday for her 2007 DUI involving a hit-and-run, according to Entertainment Weekly. Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, says that Lohan has obeyed all court orders since the incident and is confident that he can clear up the misunderstanding. Lohan's hearing is set for Monday morning in Beverly Hills, according to People.

Beverly Hills police are not looking for the 22-year-old actress at this time and do not expect her to surrender before her Monday court date. "But if she comes in contact with police, she's subject to arrest," Beverly Hills Police Lt. Mark Rosen said at a press conference, according to People. Rosen explained that they aren't looking for Lohan because it isn't proper protocol for this type of warrant, and the issue should be cleared up next week.
