Much Ado About Nothing in Lindsay Lohan's Arrest Warrant
Just 48 hours after Lohan, 22, was charged after the LAPD responded to a domestic disturbance call Saturday afternoon at Lohan and Ronson's Hollywood Hills home, Ravel vacated the arrest warrant.
A gaping hole was spotted in one of the windows of the domicile. Lohan and Ronson allegedly got into an argument over the warrant, resulting in Lohan hurling a vase through the window.
The fight and the arrest warrant stem from two separate incidents in 2007. The first involved an intoxicated Lohan crashing her Mercedes into a tree. Two months later, Lohan was arrested a second time for chasing her assistant's mother in her car along with three accomplices.
The Parent Trap star pleaded guilty, and as a condition of her probation, she was ordered to comply with the court ordered alcohol probation program, hence the letter of noncompliance.
"Lohan had been in one program for a long time, left that program to go to another program for reasons that are not important, and there were just personality issues," said Lohan's lawyer.
According to Ravel, the attorney assured her there was no funny business afoot from Lohan.
"There were no dirty tests," she said.
However, Lohan is not wriggling out of the matter unscathed. She still has to be in compliance with the original terms of the order by enrolling in a new alcohol probation program, abstain from drinking and certify it to the court by April 3. Failure to do so could result in a new arrest warrant that sticks.
