DJ AM Sues for Plane Crash
DJ AM is seeking $20 million for plane crash last September.
DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) and friend Travis Barker filed a lawsuit last Friday against Learjet for the plane crash that injured the two of them. People reported that DJ AM, 35, is seeking a minimum of $10 million for medical damages, lost earnings and profits and an extra $10 million for pain and suffering.
The cause of the crash that occurred last September is unknown but still under investigation. According to People, the defendants deny any responsibility regarding the crash.
A total of four people have died including both of the pilots, Barker's assistant Chris Baker and bodyguard Charles Still. DJ AM and Barker were severely burned and spent weeks in the hospital.
