Anna Nicole Smith's Psychiatrist Turns Self In

Anna Nicole Smith's psychiatrist turns self in for conspiracy charges related to Smith's death.

MSNBC reports that Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, Anna Nicole Smith's psychiatrist, has turned herself in to the Los Angeles Police, Monday, in relation to conspiracy charges related to Anna Nicole's death in February 2007 of an accidental drug overdose.

Charged along with Eroshevich is psychiatrist Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Smith's boyfriend and attorney, Howard Stern. The three are believed to have supplied Smith with thousands of highly addictive prescription drugs, even though she was a known addict, AP reports.

Attorney General Jerry Brown described Howard as the "principle conspirator" in the alleged acts of conspiracy that led to Smith's death, AP reports. The three used fake names to supply Smith with unauthorized large amounts of the drugs.

Eroshevich's bail is set at $20,000.
