ShamWow Pitchman Shlomi Arrested for Battery
Vince Shlomi was arrested in Miami Beach for assaulting a prostitute.
According to celebrity site TMZ.com, Vince Shlomi, 44, spokesman for ShamWow, was incarcerated last month in Miami Beach for assaulting a prostitute.
According to the arrest affidavit, on Feb.7, Shlomi, after picking up Sasha Harris, 26, punched her physically multiple times because she "bit his tongue and would not let go."
Shlomi told police he paid Harris $1,000 when she "propositioned him for straight sex."
In response to the biting, Shlomi struck the prostitute several times until she let go. Both Shlomi and the alleged prostitute were arrested for felony aggravated battery.
Prosecutors declined to press charges against either of the duo.
