Looks like advertising salesman Vince Shlomi won't be persuading customers to buy the ShamWow product (a yellow towel made of thick cotton that works more wonders than ordinary towels, or so official Web site made it seem) for a while.
The Chicago Sun-Times gave a rundown of Mr. ShamWow's powwow with a prostitute he met at a Miami nightclub after their bedside manners didn't quite go as planned.
Shlomi, 44, brought stripper Leana Harris, 26, to his room at Setai Hotel in Florida for sex. He paid her $1,000 before he kissed her. But she did not answer him back with a peck on the lips. Instead, she clamped onto his tongue with her teeth, refusing to let go. That's what explained the lacerations and fractures to her face, as reported by the Smoking Gun. She would then run into the lobby area of the hotel to dial for police.
Wptv.com, news channel 5 in West Palm Beach, Florida, reports that both Shlomi and Harris were taken into custody last month and booked on felony battery charges.
