Whoa! 12-Year-Old Surprises Audience with Gifted Voice

Shaheen Jafargholi, 12, sang "Who's Loving You" on "Britain's Got Talent," by Michael Jackson, which won positive votes from all three judges.

After seeing a breathtaking video of the 12-year-old, gifted singer known as Shaheen Jafargholi on Britain's Got Talent today, I couldn't help but grin.

And as Entertainment Weekly put it, 47-year-old Susan Boyle from last week, who made quite a few of us cry, definitely has some competition.

Dressed in a red and black plaid shirt and black pants, he starts off booming in rifts. "When I had you . . ." he sang, from Michael Jackson's "Who's Loving You."

The Mount Pleasant, Swansea, native initially broke out with an Amy Winehouse tune, but Simon cut him short and asked if he had a better song to sing.

In the end though, judges Piers Morgan, Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell gave the grinner youngster three yeses.

His mom appeared backstage shaking due to nervousness before Cowell spoke.

But, to her surprise, he said, "This is now one song that can change your life," says Cowell. "And this may be the start of something special for you young man."
