L.T. And Edyta Sliwinska Refocused on “Dancing with the Stars”

The pair is now refocused after nearly being eliminated on April 7.
According to People magazine, Dancing with the Stars competitors Lawrence Taylor and Edyta Sliwinska are newly resolved and ready to make a run for the championship.
Dancing alum and former NFL player Warren Sapp visited Taylor at a rehearsal.
“Warren has this infectious personality, so when he came [to rehearsal] he instantly made L.T. feel better. He told him, ‘You can’t worry about the judges. You just go out there and have fun. If you’re not having fun then why do the show?’” Sliwinska said of the visit. “This whole experience has been very stressful for Lawrence, L.T. did not ever see the show before he came here. He knew he was going to be judged, but not this harsh.”
On April 7, the pair was almost eliminated, after being forced into a dance-off with David Allan Grier and Kym Johnson. The close call refocused the team, keeping their eyes on the goal.
“After that we had a good talk and we decided, hey, the fans voted us through so we need to just have fun and enjoy it for them,” Sliwinska said. “I think he’s really ready to have fun.”
