Rachel Bilson Taking On a New Assignment

According to People, actress Rachel Bilson will be taking on a new role as columnist for InStyle magazine.

Bilson said of the new job, "I can talk about fashion all day long, and I am an avid InStyle reader so the relationship seemed perfect!"

Bilson will be writing a monthly column for the magazine, in which she will answer fashion questions from readers and share some of her own style secrets.

Bilson also said, "This column is the best homework assignment ever!"

In Bilson's debut column, which will show up in InStyle's forthcoming May issue, she gives her two cents on everything from wearing scarves in warm weather, to pairing a large bag with a cocktail dress. Rachel also talks about must-have shoes, and includes inexpensive brands such as Lela Rose from Payless.

Bilson also released her debut fashion line, Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans, back in September.
