Are Heidi and Spencer Really Married, or Just Hamming It Up?

One can argue that Spencer and Heidi may be setting up a lavish wedding, to get equally lavish publicity.
Is it a labor of love, or a love of attention? Tongues have been wagging this week over news of what appears to be shaping up to be a full-blown, no holds barred wedding celebration for Hills folks, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag. The lovebirds are officially (pretty sure it's officially sanctioned, this time) getting married in L.A. today, and with plenty of company to boot.
It was reported by People that actual camera crews were allowed (invited?) to the final steps of the wedding celebration, and may have caught nearly everything, every step of the way, on tape. There are rumors that parts of the wedding may be for public viewing as well. YouTube, anyone?
In other news, it was also announced late this week that the lovebirds will be appearing on NBC's semi-reality show, I'm a Celebrity . . . Get Me Out of Here!
