Twilight Sequel Director Confirmed
David Slade has been confirmed as the director of "Eclipse."
Entertainment Weekly's Hollywood Insider reports David Slade has been confirmed by Summit Entertainment as the director for The Twilight Sage: Eclipse, the sequel to the incredibly successful film, Twilight. The movie series is based on the vampire teen-love novels written by Stephenie Meyer. The screenplay adaptation was written by Melissa Rosenberg.
Slade is known for his work on films such as Hard Candy and 30 Days of Night. Eclipse will premiere June 30, 2010.
