Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Celebrate One Year Anniversary

After having a private ceremony last year, this year Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their anniversary in front of a room filled with people.

It's already been a year since Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon tied the knot. The couple celebrated their anniversary Thursday at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

"It's a very special occasion," Cannon told the audience at Moon Nightclub. "Toast to everyone."

After Carey and Cannon got hitched at their private home in Eleuthera in the Bahamas, the two celebrated their anniversary at a club in front of a nightclub full of people. People reported they dined in a room at the Simon beforehand with 50 of their closest friends.

To Carey's surprise, Cannon made a video of the couple's most intimate moments of their past year together. According to People, Carey was emotional during the video.

"This is the most amazing person in the world," Cannon said into the microphone about his wife. "I dedicate my life to her daily, and together this union is gonna last forever. She is my rock."

Carey responded: "I have the best man in the whole wide world."
