Rob Pattinson Will Star in "Breaking Dawn"

The "Twilight" star has confirmed his involvement in the fourth installment.

Twilight star Rob Pattinson confessed at the Cannes Film Festival in France that there will be a fourth installment of the book-turned-movie series. Even better, he confirmed to the Hollywood Reporter that he would continue to play the role of Edward.

Pattinson was heading to Italy for his final four days of filming New Moon, which will be released in theaters November 20. Different from the previous film, where Edward was a visible character, Pattinson must now play "a voice inside Bella's head."

"You're playing a figment in Bella's imagination so I was trying to do it in a 2D way. I hope it doesn't translate onscreen as being boring," he told THR.

After completing work for the third film, Eclipse, which will begin in October, he will begin Breaking Dawn, the fourth and final installment of Stephenie Meyer's best-selling series. This exciting conclusion focuses on the marriage between Edward and Bella and her pregnancy. A production date has not been set.

The 23-year-old actor has also been working on a new role, starring in the romantic drama, Remember Me. Also produced by Summit Entertainment, Pattinson will play a man who struggles for six weeks with the decision of whether or not he has fallen in love, reported BCC News.

Remember Me is scheduled for release in February 2010.
