Diddy Breaks One Million on Twitter
Sean "Diddy" Combs joined the exclusive one million followers on Twitter club Tuesday night. The mogul began a countdown last week, asking his hundreds of thousands of followers to help recruit more followers and push him over the one million mark.
At the beginning of the week, the music mogul had around 986,000 people following him on Twitter.
The Bad Boy founder has become the first rapper to have over a million followers on popular micro-blogging site.
"We just broke a million followers. We are having a party in the air right now," Diddy said in the video clip, while dancing for joy.
Diddy is among 11 others who have cracked the one million mark. Others include Ashton Kutcher, Oprah Winfrey, Shaquille O'Neal, CNN, Britney Spears, Barack Obama, and Jimmy Fallon. The New York Times and Lance Armstrong are the next two closing in on the mark, reports BallerStatus.com.
