Rihanna Stars in Kanye's New Video
This is the first public work appearance since her alleged assault by R&B singer Chris Brown. Despite the encounter, Kanye West was content to let Rihanna take center stage.
The troubled star is seen in a black lingerie outfit climbing out of bed as she poses like a model for the video camera. West is perceived as the narrator only in a couple of shots as the camera focuses on Rihanna posing.
The "Umbrella" singer is later driving in a car in a dark narrow street with Kanye's face haunting her from behind. Although Ri-Ri says nothing, her actions speak for themselves.
The music video was originally premiered during the Island Def Jam Spring Collection party at Stephen Weiss Studio in New York City on May 20. It was shot in Hawaii back to back with Kanye's "Amazing" music video, according to AceShowbiz.com.
"Paranoid" is Louie Vuitton Don's fourth single from the album, 808s & Heartbreak.
