Will Rihanna be at Brown's hearing?

Brown goes to court.

Since the alleged attack against his once former girlfriend, Rihanna, Chris Brown will soon hear the verdict on the situation. In March, Brown was charged with assault that would likely cause serious injury and then making criminal threats after he had fought with Rihanna in his car.

On June 22, the hearing is scheduled to take place in the Los Angeles County Superior Court, which will determine whether or not there is enough evidence to continue the case against Brown. He has pleaded not guilty and if found to be guilty, then he could face up to four years in prison.

Rihanna might have to testify if called to do so and if she is, she will be cross-examined by Brown's lawyer who is Mark Geragos. Rihanna says that she will be happy to help law enforcement and would definitely testify if she needs to, which her lawyer thinks that it would be better if she did attend the hearing and did testify.
