Miley Cyrus Set to Do More Hannah Montana
Teen star Miley Cyrus, 16, has signed on to do season four of the successful Disney show "Hannah Montana", which will begin filming in 2010.
Cyrus recently picked up an MTV Movie Award for her song "The Climb" from her film "Hannah Montana The Movie". According to IMDB, Cyrus has written over 100 songs, and many of the songs have been used on the television show. Interestingly, she had not taken any formal singing lessons before June 2007.
According to the Los Angeles Times, part of her arrangement with doing another season of "Hannah Montana" is that she will have some extra time to work on her new movie, "The Last Song", which is being written by "The Notebook" and "Nights In Rodanthe" author Nicholas Sparks.
Born Destiny Hope Cyrus, the teenager has also appeared in "Big Fish," "High School Musical 2," "The Emperor's New School," "The Replacements," "Bolt" and "Super Rhino."
