Mike Tyson Marries for Third Time

Mike Tyson has married his third wife, Lakiha Spicer, in Las Vegas this past Saturday, according to USA Today. No guests were present.

TMZ reports the 42-year-old former heavyweight was so determined to keep the marriage private that his photographer had to double as a "witness" on the marriage certificate.

Shawn Absher, the owner of the wedding chapel, said the champ asked for a simple ceremony with "nothing special."

"They just wanted to say the vows and be married," he said. "It was very sincere."

The couple wed two weeks after the death of his four-year-old daughter Exodus.

Reports confirmed the child died in a hospital in Phoenix, Ariz., a day after she was found hanging from a treadmill power cable in her mother's home. Police believe the incident was nothing more than a "horrible tragedy, according to The New York Times.

Tyson was previously married to actress Robin Givens and Monica Turner.
