The Zombies And The Yardbirds Unite for ‘Royalty’ Tour

60s bands team up for Rock Royalty tour
60s bands The Zombies and The Yardbirds will team up for The Rock Royalty Tour. Also, the Spencer Davis Group will be supporting the bands.
The tour will cross North America during the summer.
The tour starts off on June 26 in San Diego, Calif., at their Concerts by the Bay, and ends on July 19 in British Columbia.
The Zombies will finish off the last three dates, performing without The Yardbirds and the Spencer Davis Group.
The Zombies currently have original members Colin Blunstone and Rod Argent. They will be joined by Jim Rodford, Keith Airey, and Steve Rodford.
According to a press release, they will play a mix of their hits and Argent’s solo material.
The Yardbirds were known to have iconic guitarists like Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, and Jeff Beck.
The founding members Chris Dreja and Jim McCarty will be touring alongside new members Gypie Mayo, John Idan, and Alen Glen.
