“Betty” star has baby

Ana Ortiz gives birth.
“Ugly Betty” cast member Ana Ortiz has just given birth to a healthy baby girl, reports UPI.com. This will be 38-year-old Ortiz’s first child with husband Noah Lebenzon, an indie musician. Ortiz had been eagerly expecting her pregnancy, saying, “My husband’s phone number is on speed dial, my deep yoga breaths have been practiced and my bags are packed.” Costar and TV son to Ortiz’s character on “Ugly Betty,” Mark Indelicato, says that she will make a “wonderful” mother.
“Access Hollywood” states that Ortiz’s representative states that the new mother is “glowing and really elated.” Ortiz’s pregnancy proved to be somewhat of a hassle on the set of the sitcom’s past season, as Hilda Huarez, the character of Ortiz, would not be seen wearing baggy clothes or looking unfashionable or frumpy. Ortiz joked about hiding her baby bump, saying, “She’ll probably be standing behind a salon chair a lot.”
