Michael Jackson's Ex-Wife To Seek Custody of Children
Michael Jackson's estranged ex-wife will fight for custody of Prince Michael I, 12, and daughter Paris Michael Katherine, 11.
"I want my children," Debbie Rowe told KNBC-TV in Los Angeles Thursday.
Rowe has had little contact with the two children that were conceived during her marriage to Jackson. She has vowed to fight for custody of the two children, disregarding Jackson's wishes for the children to be cared for by their grandmother, Katherine Jackson, as stated in his 2002 will.
A source close to Rowe says that she is concerned about the guardians Jackson named and believes the "kids would be receptive to her," reports ABC News.
Rowe's attorney plans to attend a custody hearing to review the ruling of temporary guardianship to Katherine Jackson, Monday, in Los Angeles. Being awarded custody of the two children would also come with a significant amount of money, the source added.
