Rihanna Spotted Illegaly Tattooing

The pop singer could be facing charges for illegally tattooing three tattoo artists.
Rihanna was spotted tattooing a few tattoo artists on Wednesday at East Side Ink in New York, MTV News reported. However, she may not have known what she was doing was illegal.
New York City Health and Mental Hygiene told MTV News there is someone who will be investigating the incident.
“Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City's Health Code,” the New York City Health and Mental Hygiene said in a statement. “We are sending someone to follow up on this."
The singer marked her tattoo artist BangBang as well as two other artists. According to TMZ, Rihanna could be facing three misdemeanors; $300 for the first offense, $500 for the second and $1000 for the third.
If the NYC Law Dept. decides to open an investigation, the tattoo parlor can face fines as well.
Rihanna was there with a few friends and a body guard. She and BangBang thought it would be a fun idea for her to give him a tattoo.
"We had a blast. It was so funny and cute," East Side Ink owner Yadira told MTV News.
