Michael Jackson’s Will on Web as Jermaine Speaks Out
6-Jul-2009
Written by: Corinna Craddock

Global bullying gives way to unprecedented obsession.

There will be no precedence for the amount of people tuning into watch memorial services for Michael Jackson Tuesday. The world wide involvement and internet video streaming will allow the farewell to be seen around the world.

The love being shown to Jackson is the ironic flip side of the global bullying being blamed for his demise.

Members of the media are making no apologies as details of Jackson's mysterious life are finally captured for public analysis.

In an interview with Jackson's older brother, Jermaine, Larry King repeatedly asked Jermaine if he could understand the public's need for information about Michael. The host of the interview seemed to be looking for validation for the media's searching intrusion.

Jermaine Jackson's responses, however, were repetitively focused on his belief that his brother's will should not be contested, causing King to end discussions by stifling Jermaine mid-sentence.

When specifically asked about Dianna Ross's naming as guardian of Jackson's children in the event that his mother is unable to fulfill the role, Jermaine told Larry King Live that Diana Ross is a fine choice.

In response to questions surrounding his brother's drug use, Jermaine tells King, "I'm ignorant to the world of drugs."

During the live broadcast, Jermaine is quoted as saying that his brother gave his life for humanity. He went on to say that his brother was a king who, like everyone else, has only his good deeds to take with him. Everything else in life is merely material.

During his interview with Larry King, Jermaine Jackson was unwilling to admit that he had any thoughts on the fact that Michael excluded his father from his will.

Avoiding any discussion of his father's relationship with Michael, Jermaine instead reminded King that a man's will should be honored and the wishes of the deceased should be respectfully carried out.
