Emma Watson and Rupert Grint's On-Screen Kiss

Watson and Grint each describe the awkward kiss they shared in recent Harry Potter film.
Harry Potter's Emma Watson recently confided in BBC's Jonathan Ross that kissing costar, Rupert Grint, in the next Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, was "the most horrible thing I've ever had to do".
The 19 year-old actress has grown up beside Grint on the Harry Potter set and the on-screen kiss felt incestuous to her.
Although Watson and Grint are two of UK's biggest teen heartthrobs, the kiss didn't really do anything for Grint either.
"We've known each other for ten years so it was a bit like kissing my sister," he told the Mail's Jon Wilde. "We couldn't stop laughing. It took five takes in all."
Grint, who has just recovered from a case of swine flu, confessed that he has never had a girlfriend and is "quite insecure" around girls despite his huge popularity and heavy checkbook. The kiss between him and Watson would probably have been more awkward had it not been filmed after his first bedroom scene in the movie, Cherrybomb.
Watson has reported that she is currently in a relationship while Grint has told reporters that he has no desire to tie himself down at the moment.
Harry Potter fans will be disappointed to discover that there is no chance of romance between the two costars for the time being despite on-screen flames.
The lip-lock will be in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows due out July 15.
